Job Description
Graduate Electrical Engineer
Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
Confirms system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.
Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from operators.
Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.
Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
Graduate Electrical Engineer

Mechanical Design Engineer
Create detailed drawing of parts, cables and assemblies.
Create detailed 3D models of components for PCB and Chassis design.
Create tolerance analysis of assemblies.
Perform first article inspection of incoming components.
Review PCB component placement with layout engineers to determine mechanical compliance.
Work with engineering team to, redesign or modify existing sheet metal chassis.
Request part numbers and create bills of material for assemblies.
Write and present detailed assembly instructions for customers.
Review system design or ideas with engineering team.
Provide creative and low cost effective options to existing designs.
Take new ideas or concepts and fits them into the overall design.
Analyze parts and/or system designs to ensure it strength, compatibility, reliability and durability.
Work with quality and reliability engineers to ensure that design meets all safety requirements.
Follow through with fabrication to completion and delivery to engineering team.
