- Providing Desktop & Server support, Linux server support, IT assistance including application support, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
- Understating of Windows XP, Mac / Apple, Office 2003, Linux ,Desktops, Laptops, Windows 2003 / 2008 servers, Routers, and printers.
- Perform the deployment of computer systems and peripherals.
- Required to work flexible hours to support 24*7 operations.
- Install and configure all process related applications such as CRM, Antivirus, Patch management etc.
- Thorough Networking Knowledge.
- Install, assemble, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations, Laptops and related hardware and software in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
- Maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, network cards, and other components and equipment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Preferably Experience in troubleshooting in a 24*7 setup with minimum of 50 desktop operations.
- Will get direct Overseas Client Exposure.
Experience: Minimum One year of experience required.

- Excellent organisational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing.
- Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques.
- Good attention to detail and ability to show initiative. Ability to plan and prioritise work load without supervision.
- Ability to prioritise, manage and perform under pressure to meet SLA’s.
- Excellent knowledge of Customer Service best practice.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
