- Responsible for initial short listing of profiles in accordance to the job requirements in hand, maintaining interview schedule process, finalizing the offer, following up till joining.
- Must have extensive experience with Job board, Networking, vendors & Referral handling.
- Thorough understanding on various roles, technologies and domains.
- Should be hands on in IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of onboarding good quality resources in lesser duration
- Understand the delivery needs, establish credibility and build effective relationships with them.
- Should be good at multi-tasking and effectively handle the allocated requirements.
- Ability to operate independently or minimal guidance.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain and coordinate productivity and to effectively manage workloads.
- Should be good in Mapping and documenting all recruitment function processes.
- Active participation on new initiatives for the respective team
- Ability to stretch on late evenings and weekends to meet the hiring deadlines.
