Responsible for initial short listing of profiles in accordance to the job requirements in hand, maintaining interview schedule process, finalizing the offer, following up till joining.
Must have extensive experience with Job board, Networking, vendors & Referral handling.
Thorough understanding on various roles, technologies and domains.
Should be hands on in IT recruitment.
Proven track record of onboarding good quality resources in lesser duration
Understand the delivery needs, establish credibility and build effective relationships with them.
Should be good at multi-tasking and effectively handle the allocated requirements.
Ability to operate independently or minimal guidance.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to maintain and coordinate productivity and to effectively manage workloads.
Should be good in Mapping and documenting all recruitment function processes.
Active participation on new initiatives for the respective team
Ability to stretch on late evenings and weekends to meet the hiring deadlines.
