Job Profile

Overall Accounting Incharge




Should be proficient in Tally ERP 9 & its Data entry.




Should be capable to pay Statutory Payments thru net & Returns using Tally ERP 9 like IT, Sales Tax, Excise & Serv Tax, TDS etc.




Must provide weekly MIS reports & some Daily reports




Monitoring Exchange rate & booking forward contracts at targeting Exchange rates per Import / Export transactions




Fund Management & Allocation to various business using Cash Flow MIS




Agents Commission Record Managing & timely payments




Outstanding Tracking & Credit Limit Allocation to Debtors




Inventory reports & Dead Stock Monitoring




Handling Statutory Notices from Sales Tax, IT & Excise + Serv Tax or any Government departments.




Managing Personal Accounts & Investment Profile of Directors / Partners




Should have idea about Capital Gains & Short Term Gains
